You can actually subscribe (RSS Feed) to individual categories. This is good if you want say “MS Help” news but don’t care about my personal posts, or get sick of my GE posts.

Notice that when you click on the category “MS Help” (“Categories” section of the side bar),  you view just the MS Help related posts (and its sub-categories “Vista AP Help”,  “HTML Help”, “WinHelp” etc).

Notice too that the URL in your browser address bar now contains the category number 4?
http://weblog.helpware.net/?cat=4

If you put the cat=4 at the end of the RSS feed URL with an & separator) you now have an RSS feed for just “MS Help” (and its sub-categories)
http://weblog.helpware.net/?feed=rss2&cat=4

Paste that into your IE browser or favorite news reader and you can now subscribe to just that section of the blog.
